Please note: to be eligible in the UK, you must be over 18, you are required to be under the care of a GP or specialist and have tried at least 2 other medications/treatments prescribed by your GP or specialist for the condition you are seeking support for.

How long does it take to get an appointment?
The time taken to confirm your appointment will depend on a number of factors, including the speed at which we receive your medical history and referral letter.
We will always strive to have you seen by our clinicians as soon as possible after you apply for an appointment.
How long will it take to receive my prescription?
Once you have had an appointment with our specialist clinicians and they have written up your prescription for medical cannabis treatment, your prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.
We strive to fill all prescriptions as soon as possible; however, depending on stock levels, timescales may vary. Usually, you will receive your medication between a couple of days and a week following prescription.
