If a Wellford product does not meet our quality standards, we’ll refund the value of the remaining product within one working day of receipt.
The process is simple. If you believe a Wellford product does not meet our quality standards, please let us know here and return it in its original packaging together with a copy of your prescription to our Newgrove pharmacy. You will be asked to provide a brief description of the issue, the batch number and a photograph.

10g Trial Packs for the Price of 5g
Many patients have asked us to introduce 5g packs to make it easier and more affordable to try a new medication, particularly when changing treatment or finding an alternative due to stock availability.
While we are not currently able to offer 5g packs, we want to help patients find the medication that works best for them. As part of the Wellford Product Promise, patients can receive their first 10g pack of any Wellford product for the price of 5g.
This is available to new and existing Wellford Clinic patients and is applicable when a patient tries any medication in the Wellford range for the first time. Trial pack codes are visible on our formulary for eligible medication. We hope this makes it easier for patients to explore different medication and find the one that best suits their individual needs.

Terms & Conditions:
- The Product Promise only applies to patients at Wellford Clinic, on Wellford branded products dispensed by Newgrove Pharmacy. This includes the Aqua, Peak, Luma range.
- Only one introductory discount is allowed per product for each patient.
- Product concerns must be raised within one month of receiving your medication.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the patient and will not be reimbursed.
- Refunds are limited to the product returned to us.
- A fair usage policy applies to the Wellford product Money Back Guarantee. We reserve the right to review, limit or withdraw access to the Money Back Guarantee where we reasonably believe it is being used excessively, inappropriately or contrary to its intended purpose.
